Watch Vaibhav Suryavanshi enter CSK dressing room to touch MS Dhoni's feet again, cricket fans can't keep calm

Vaibhav Suryavanshi MS Dhoni news

While Rajasthan Royals (RR) Vaibhav Suryavanshi comes across a baby-faced basher, outside the cricket field, the 14-year-old is a very humble person. That attribute was demonstrated when the southpaw touched Chennai Super Kings (CSK) icon MS Dhoni's feet not once but twice. The first time when Suryavanshi touched the CSK captain's feet, he held his one hand and patted him on his back.

However, the RR opener was not just done yet as he went to the CSK dressing room to have a brief chat with Dhoni, and again, while going, touched his feet. The viral video has sent social media into an absolute meltdown. Netizens are raving Suryavanshi about how humble he is, despite being the darling of the nation due to his Indian Premier League (IPL 2025) heroics.

The video of the RR opener greeting and touching MS Dhoni's feet was shared on social media on Thursday just couple of days after RR vs CSK match.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi makes a mark in his debut IPL 2025 season for Rajasthan Royals

For the unversed, Vaibhav Suryavanshi set social media ablaze with a blazing 100 against Gujarat Titans (GT) last month. The knock was IPL's second-fastest hundred ever, which came off just 35 balls. If that knock demonstrated the southpaw's brute force, his mature 57 against CSK in RR's last league game showed he can also bat with responsibility and maturely.

The RR opener finished his maiden IPL 2025 season with 252 runs at an astonishing strike rate of 206. After the IPL, the 14-year-old returned to his home in Bihar, and he was given a hero's welcome by all the people. They celebrated his success by a cutting huge cake. After a brief rest, Suryavasnhi will now travel to England as he has been named in the Under-19 squad, with Ayush Mhatre being the skipper of the 16-member squad.
